本文主要针对一例不幸婚姻引发的故意杀人案例进行分析,旨在探讨夫妻不和婚外情是引起女性实施故意杀人犯罪的主要原因,而预防女性实施故意杀人犯罪应当从提高夫妻双方的个人素质入手。
This article mainly analyzes one case of intentional homicide caused by unfortunate marriage. The purpose of this article is to discuss whether the conjugal affair and the extramarital affair are the main reasons causing the female to commit intentional homicide. To prevent the female from intentional homicide crime, we should start with improving the personal qualities of both spouses.
