机械损伤是导致管道事故的主要原因,对其进行完整性管理一直是管道业界的难题。基于国内外事故案例,介绍了管道机械损伤的危害性和特殊性。从评价技术、管理技术和标准规范3个方面回顾了国内外关于管道机械损伤完整性的研究历程,虽然取得一些进展,但迄今尚无一个权威性指南可供指导应用实践。分析了管道机械损伤在检测、识别、评价3个方面需要解决的技术难题,针对机械损伤完整性管理研究策略,提出了评估-缓解-预防研究路线图,给出了不同专题各个领域的重点研究内容。
Mechanical damage is the main reason leading to pipeline accidents, and its integrity management has always been a problem for the pipeline industry. Based on the domestic and international accident cases, the harmfulness and particularity of pipeline mechanical damage are introduced. Reviewing the research progress on the damage integrity of pipeline machinery from three aspects of evaluation techniques, management techniques and standards, there is no authoritative guide to guide the application practice so far. The technical problems to be solved in the detection, identification and evaluation of pipeline mechanical damage are analyzed. Aiming at the research strategy of mechanical damage integrity management, the roadmap of assessment-mitigation-prevention is put forward and the key research in different fields are given content.
