2003年北京地产风云榜活动中,首开“最受期待楼盘”评选先河,一年将近过去,根据“北京地产年度风云榜”活动组委会的调查,84.6%的“2004年最受期待楼盘”不负重望进入2004年畅销楼盘行列。证明了北京地产年度风云榜活动的严肃性和权威性。而他们在2004年北京楼市的影响并不仅仅局限于楼盘的销售业绩,在开发和销售理念、社区文化建设、社会慈善事业等方面都作出了卓越的贡献。11月中,“2004北京地产年度风云榜”活动组委会对部分“2004年最被期待楼盘”做了一次回访。
