纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)检查是重症监护病房(ICU)常见操作之一,是诊断、治疗肺部疾病的一种极其有效的手段。ICU患者病情危、急、重,支气管镜操作风险明显增加,因此标准化护理配合在纤维支气管镜诊疗过程中的作用显得尤为重要。我科于2009年11月至2010年12月对在常规护理基础上应用标准化护理取得了较好的效果,现总结如下。
Fiberoptic bronchoscopy (bronchoscopy) is one of the common procedures in intensive care units (ICU) and is an extremely effective method of diagnosing and treating lung diseases. ICU patients in critical condition, acute, severe, bronchoscopy significantly increased the risk of operation, standardized care and bronchoscopy in the treatment of the role played particularly important. Our department from November 2009 to December 2010 on the basis of routine care based on standardized care achieved good results, are summarized as follows.
