一、自动轨道衡的故障判断及处理方法(一)机械故障自动轨道衡投入运行后,机械部分是系统工作的基础,直接影响1传1感器的工作状态和过衡称重的稳定性。机械部分发生故障,极易造成称量结果不准确。1.零位示值变1化1:零位示值增大或减小自动轨道衡在空载运行时,零位示值一般处于以下状态,具体示值如表1所示。当自动轨道衡在空载运行时,零位示值出现变化,具体示值如表2所示。正常情况示值误差≤10,若出现100>示值误差≥30,则应首先考虑机械部分故障。(1)引轨与称量轨的边缘发生卡涩
