皮肤结核在儿科比较少见,在抗痨药应用以前的年代,儿童结核伴有皮肤结核的约占5%。我院三十余年来,在3000余例儿童结核病人中共发现皮肤结核42例[1]。皮肤结核起病缓慢,易被忽略。儿科医生对皮肤病较为生疏,加之儿童皮肤结核临床类型与成人不同,故儿童皮肤结核多不能得到及时诊
Skin tuberculosis is relatively uncommon in pediatrics. In the pre-anti-tuberculosis drug application, pediatric tuberculosis was associated with about 5% of tuberculosis of the skin. In our hospital for more than thirty years, 42 cases of skin tuberculosis were found in more than 3,000 cases of children with tuberculosis [1]. Slow onset of skin tuberculosis, easily overlooked. Pediatricians are more unfamiliar with skin diseases, combined with the clinical type of children with skin tuberculosis and adults are different, so children can not get timely diagnosis of skin tuberculosis
