The project of resettlement housing for peasants in the third phase of Zhouzhuang is a representative project of 50 key village reconstruction projects in Beijing with a total construction area of about 950,000 square meters and is divided into group-based planning and construction in areas A, B and C. The construction bidding for the third phase of Zhouzhuang project is divided into 8 general contracting units and 15 specialized subcontracting units. The realization of standardized management and optimization of joint commissioning is the management difficulty of this project. In this paper, taking Beijing Zhuangzhuang Phase III resettlement house project as an example, this paper introduces the experience and actual effect of large-scale residential project management based on the actual situation of the third phase of the project in Zhouzhuang, summarizes the professional subcontracting project management
