以双酚型环氧树脂基为主要原料,加入新型发泡剂、促进剂、丁腈胶及其它助剂经固化制备出一种密度较低的,用于浇铸模的环氧树脂基发泡材料。研究了促进剂与固化剂配比、发泡剂用量、丁腈胶用量及控制温度对该树脂浇铸体材料性能及泡孔结果的影响。并通过多因素正交试验研究各因素作用结果及影响程度,确定出最佳工艺条件,当促进剂与固化剂配比1.0‰(w/w);发泡剂用量1.5%(w/w);丁腈胶用量8%(w/w);温度为125℃时,发泡材料的综合性能最佳。
Based on bisphenol type epoxy resin as the main raw material, a new type of foaming agent, accelerant, nitrile rubber and other additives are cured to prepare a low density epoxy resin-based foaming agent for casting mold material. The effects of the ratio of accelerator to curing agent, the amount of blowing agent, the dosage of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and the temperature on the properties of the resin casting material and the cell performance were studied. And through the orthogonal test of multifactorial orthogonal test to study the effect of each factor and the degree of influence, the optimum process conditions were determined. When the ratio of promoter to curing agent was 1.0 ‰ (w / w), the amount of blowing agent was 1.5% (w / w) ; NBR dosage of 8% (w / w); temperature of 125 ℃, the best overall performance of the foam material.
