厦门市湖里区近年职业病危害因素监测分析

目的了解厦门市湖里区企业近年职业病危害因素防控状况,为辖区制定预防控制职业病措施提供依据。方法收集2010—2013年湖里区职业病危害因素监测资料,并进行统计处理和描述分析。结果湖里区职业病危害作业场所总体合格率为50.41%;职业病危害因素监测点总体合格率为89.94%,其中粉尘合格率为89.74%,化学毒物合格率为98.23%,物理因素合格率为77.31%。计算机/电子设备制造监测合格率最高,达94.71%;金属制品业为最低,为75.40%。大、中、小规模企业的职业病危害因素监测合格率分别为86.64%、92.21%、89.10%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.077,P<0.05)。结论湖里区企业作业场所中职业病危害因素防控情况不容乐观,噪声是重点预防控制的职业病危害因素。 Objective To understand the prevention and control of occupational hazards in Huli District of Xiamen City in recent years and provide the basis for the area to formulate prevention and control measures of occupational diseases. Methods The monitoring data of occupational hazards in Huli District from 2010 to 2013 were collected and statistically analyzed and described. Results The overall occupational hazard rate in Huli District was 50.41%. The overall pass rate of occupational hazards was 89.94%. The passing rate of dust was 89.74%, the passing rate of chemical toxins was 98.23% and the passing rate of physical factors was 77.31% . Computer / electronic equipment manufacturing monitoring the highest pass rate of 94.71%; metal products industry as the lowest, 75.40%. The passing rates of occupational hazards in large, medium and small-scale enterprises were 86.64%, 92.21% and 89.10%, respectively, with statistical significance (χ2 = 23.077, P <0.05). Conclusion The prevention and control of occupational hazards in the workplace of enterprises in Huli District are not optimistic, and noise is the key factor in occupational disease prevention and control.
