目的观测在校飞行学员心理健康状况及其变化趋势。方法用康奈尔健康量表(CMI)对空军基础飞行学院1991级学员进行了为期四年的心理健康状况的前瞻性研究。结果1991~1995年四次调查CMI总分平均分别为8.73、5.66、4.23、3.82,MR分平均分别为3.24、1.95、1.18和1.04,四次调查学员超过筛查标准的比例,总分≥30分别为:2.41%、1.38%、0.95%和0.00%;MR分≥10的比例四年分别为7.43%、3.07%、1.83%和0.00%。不适应和情绪不稳定是学员心理健康存在的主要问题。结论结果显示学员心理健康状况呈现逐年好转的趋势
Objective To observe the mental health of students in flight and their changing trend. Methods The Cornell Health Scale (CMI) conducted a prospective study of four-year mental health status of 1991 Air Force Academy students. Results The total scores of CMI in the four surveys from 1991 to 1995 were 8.73, 5.66, 4.23 and 3.82, respectively, and the average MR scores were 3.24, 1.95, 1.18 and 1.04 , The proportion of four survey students exceeding the screening criteria, the total score ≥30 respectively: 2.41%, 1.38%, 0.95% and 0.00%; MR score ≥10 the proportion of four years were 7 .43%, 3.07%, 1.83% and 0.00%. Inconsistent and emotional instability is the main problem of students’ mental health. Conclusions The results show that students’ mental health is showing a trend of improvement year by year
