本文介绍了用于动力空压机密封的聚四氟乙烯活塞环、导向环、填料的工业性使用寿命试验及其试验结果。试验表明,无油润滑聚四氟乙烯密封元件的使用寿命达到或超过从日本引进动力用空压机密封元件的定检寿命不低于4000小时的规定。
This paper introduces the industrial service life test and test results of polytetrafluoroethylene piston ring, guide ring and packing used for dynamic air compressor sealing. Tests show that the service life of non-oil-lubricated PTFE seal components meet or exceed the fixed inspection life of imported components for power compressor with a life of not less than 4,000 hours.
