目的 观察西比灵辅助治疗 2 8例癫痫的疗效。方法 将 5 6例癫痫患者随机分为西比灵辅助治疗组和对照组各 2 8例 ,根据癫痫的发作类型 ,选择一线抗癫痫药 ,西比灵辅助治疗组每晚加服西比灵 10 m g,连服 3个月。观察治疗前 12周和治疗后 12周癫痫发作的程度、频率。结果 西比灵辅助治疗组总有效率为 71.4 3% ,对照组为5 0 % ,两组比较 P<0 .0 5 ,有显者性差异。结论 西比灵辅助治疗癫痫有效
Objective To observe the effect of Xibei Ling adjuvant treatment of 28 cases of epilepsy. Methods Fifty-six patients with epilepsy were randomly divided into xibinger group and control group, with 28 cases in each group. According to the type of epilepsy, the first-line antiepileptic drugs were selected. mg, even for 3 months. The degree and frequency of seizures were observed before 12 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment. Results The total effective rate of Xibei Ling adjuvant therapy group was 71.4 3% and that of the control group was 50%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).
