作者用人肉瘤组织免疫BALB/c小鼠,取小鼠脾细胞与小鼠浆细胞瘤细胞P3U1和NS-1融合,得到杂交瘤细胞VIF3和VIE4。电镜下观察浆细胞瘤细胞NS-1和P3U1以及交瘤细胞VIF3和VIE4,发现约2/3细胞内质网潴泡中有环形颗粒,直径约80nm。这些颗粒与A型RNA肿瘤病毒非常相似,有时融合成管形,还可见到这些病毒颗粒从潴泡膜芽生到潴泡内。该A型颗粒也偶见于核膜及溶酶体
The authors used human sarcoma tissue to immunize BALB / c mice and fused mouse spleen cells with P3U1 and NS-1 to obtain hybridoma cells VIF3 and VIE4. Electron microscope observation of plasmacytoma cells NS-1 and P3U1 and tumor cells VIF3 and VIE4, found that about 2/3 of the endoplasmic reticulum in the annular particles, a diameter of about 80nm. These particles are very similar to type A RNA oncolytic viruses, sometimes fused into tubes, and the virus particles can also be seen from the sprouting of budding membranes to the end of the stroma. The A-type particles are occasionally seen in the nuclear membrane and lysosomes
