对官厅水库土坝除险加固前后进行了变形观测、固结观测、渗流观测和强震观测，认为官厅水库土坝在现状条件下运行是正常的。其观测成果曾为国内某些水电工程的修建和水库自身扩建和运行管理提供了依据。
The deformation observation, consolidation observation, seepage observation and strong earthquakes observation are conducted before and after the reinforcement of Guanting Reservoir earth dam. It is considered that it is normal for the earth dam of Guanting Reservoir to operate under the current conditions. The observation results have provided the basis for the construction of some domestic hydropower projects and the expansion and operation management of the reservoir itself.
