Carnaculin capsule(日本三和化学研究所生产)系自胰脏提取的一种作用于循环系统的生物制剂,因能使皮肤、肌肉毛细血管、冠状血管、肺及脑等处血管扩张,故具有改善血液循环的功效。为此,将我们通过甲皱微循环观察该药治疗心脑血管病共30例的结果报告如下:对象与方法一、对象本文30例(男28,女2),其中50岁以下2例,60～69岁23例,70～79岁4例,80岁以上1例。按病因分两组观察:冠心病组15例(冠心病8例,冠心病并高血压病6例,老年性心脏病1例);脑动脉硬化组15例(脑动脉硬化、脑动脉硬化并高血压病、脑动脉硬化并冠心病各5例)。二、药物使用
