患者,女,37岁。右颧部增高变形近20年,张口困难10余年。无偏侧咀嚼习惯。发病除进食时感右颞颌关节酸胀不适外,无疼痛、发烧、局部红肿等症状。身体其它部位骨、关节未见异常变化。家族中无类似疾患。面部向右偏斜约0.6cm,右颧部隆起范围约6×4cm,高出对侧约0.5cm。面颊部扁平,皮肤正常,无压痛。张闭口均可闻及连续弹响
