2013年9月2日,为了庆祝5浙江省水文管理条例6于2013年9月1日起正式施行,让广大民众更加了解水文工作,9月1日,浙江省水文局联合杭州市水文水资源监测总站在吴山广场举办了形式多样、丰富多彩的广场宣传活动。本次广场宣传日活动包括公共自行车环湖健身和吴山广场宣传两个内容。局领导俞锡根、伍远康、俞建军、严甬、张裕海、王亚力及杭州市水文总站郑翠萍、何晓洪等领导及120多名职工参加了活动。浙江省水利厅党组成员、省水文局局长俞锡根在吴山广场进行了动员讲话。俞锡根指出,5浙江省水文管理条例6于
