左侧旁道射频消蚀,可采用逆行主动脉插入法或穿刺房间隔法,作者对这两种方法进行比较研究,并认为穿间隔法具有某些优点。 1991年3月到1993年9月间作者对连续73例左侧旁道的预激患者进行射频消蚀,其中男44例,女29例,年龄32±15(3～72)岁。69例无器质性心脏病,2例冠心病,2例二尖瓣脱垂。除3例左室功能轻度减低外(EF40～47％),其余心功能均正常(EF>50％)。
Left bypass radiofrequency ablation can be retrograde aorta or puncture atrial septum method, the author of these two methods were compared, and that the interval method has some advantages. Between March 1991 and September 1993, the authors performed radiofrequency ablation on 73 consecutive patients with left prefrontal excluders, including 44 males and 29 females, aged 32 ± 15 (range 3 to 72 years). 69 cases without organic heart disease, 2 cases of coronary heart disease, 2 cases of mitral valve prolapse. Except for 3 mild left ventricular dysfunction (EF40 ~ 47%), all other cardiac functions were normal (EF> 50%).
