本研究目的是想测定宫颈粘液过氧化物酶(CMP)的活性,与月经周期各激素变化的定量关系,以监视妇女排卵时间。作者选择40例年龄19~29岁,周期为26~32天的健康妇女,每人连续观察3个月,试验前禁用化学避孕药至少6个月。试验期间禁止性生活,以排除干扰因素。在每个月经周期的第5,9~15,17~19天收集粘液称重。同时取静脉血10~20ml,分离血清,两样均放置-20C°待用。取宫颈粘液5~500mg,用带有 Teflon 栓的玻璃匀浆器匀化,粘液溶液在加入0.5ml 二甲基-亚砜的0.5ml20%Ficoll 液内匀化;另一试验用 Fic-0ll/tritonx-100溶解粘液,液化的 CMP 置-20℃
The purpose of this study was to determine the quantitative relationship between cervical mucinous peroxidase (CMP) activity and various hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle to monitor women’s ovulation time.
