目的考察37批不同产地、生长年限和种质的巴戟天药材中4种寡糖类成分的含量差异。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法测定上述样品中蔗糖、1-蔗果三糖、耐斯糖和1F-果呋喃耐斯糖的含量,考察不同产地、生长年限和种质对巴戟天寡糖含量的影响。结果不同产地巴戟天药材中蔗糖、1-蔗果三糖和1F-果呋喃耐斯糖含量以广东最高,耐斯糖含量广东与福建相近,广西和海南最低;不同生长年限巴戟天药材中2.5年生巴戟天药材蔗糖和1-蔗果三糖含量最高,4年生巴戟天药材耐斯糖和1F-果呋喃耐斯糖含量最高;不同种质巴戟天药材中广东省小叶种巴戟天药材各寡糖含量远高于大叶种,同时不同种质巴戟天药材叶片形态特征也有较大差别。结论不同产地、生长年限和种质对巴戟天药材的寡糖含量有较大影响,通过以上研究可为巴戟天药材的质量控制提供参考。
Objective To investigate the content differences of four kinds of oligosaccharides in the medicinal materials of 37 medicinal plants of different origins, growth years and germplasm. Methods The contents of sucrose, 1-sugarcane trisaccharide, nesiritide and 1F-fructofuranose in the above samples were determined by HPLC-ELSD. The effects of different origin, growth duration and germplasm on the content of Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide influences. Results The contents of sucrose, 1-sugarcane trisaccharide and 1F-fructofuran in different regions were the highest in Guangdong, while the content of Nissex carbohydrate was similar in Guangdong and Fujian, while the lowest in Guangxi and Hainan. Medicinal plants of Morinda officinalis In 2.5 years of medicinal Morinda officinalis sucrose and 1 - cane sugar trisaccharide highest content of 4-year-old Medicinal Morinda officinalis and 1F-fructofuranoside content of the highest; different germplasm Morinda officinalis Guangdong leaflet species Morinda officinalis each oligosaccharides content is much higher than the big leaf species, and different morphological Morinda officinalis leaves morphological characteristics are also quite different. Conclusion Different origin, growth period and germplasm have a significant impact on the oligosaccharides content of Morinda officinalis. Through the above studies, it can provide reference for the quality control of Morinda officinalis.
