《经济参考报》6月23日发表文章,介绍了江苏青年学者李向民博士提出的有关“精神经济学”的新理论。本刊现将该文转载如下:江苏省青年学者李向民博士近日提出,21世纪的国际竞争不单纯是知识经济竞争,而是包含知识经济在内的“精神经济”竞争。他建议,我国应明确精神生产的第四产业地位,制定国家第四产业发展规划,并将其作为下一世纪的支柱产业加快发展。
The Economic Information Daily published an article on June 23, introducing a new theory on “psycho-economics” put forward by Dr. Li Xiangmin, a young scholar from Jiangsu. This issue is reproduced in the following article: Dr. Li Xiangmin, a young scholar of Jiangsu Province, recently proposed that international competition in the 21st century is not merely a competition for knowledge economy but a “spiritual economy” competition that includes a knowledge-based economy. He suggested that our country should define the position of the fourth industry in spiritual production, formulate the plan for the development of the fourth national industry and accelerate its development as a pillar industry in the next century.
