十一届全国人大四次会议庄严宣告了中国特色社会主义法律体系的形成,标志着我国社会主义民主法治建设进入新阶段。随着人民法治意识不断增强,社会价值观念日益多元,对检察机关执法行为、执法模式等也提出了新的挑战,检察机关必须推行检察工作的社会化,在专门工作与群众路线的有机结合中,更好地履行法律服务职能。1.推行检察工作社会化的必要性
