[目的]观察替吉奥胶囊联合顺铂一线治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。[方法]共57例晚期胃癌患者入组。29例患者接受替吉奥联合顺铂治疗(S-1组),28例患者接受氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂治疗(5-Fu组),每2个周期行影像学检查评价疗效。[结果]S-1组和5-Fu组的有效率(RR)分别为20.7%和14.3%(P=0.774),疾病控制率(DCR)分别为82.8%和75.0%(P=0.473),中位无疾病进展生存期(PFS)分别为6.0个月和3.9个月(P=0.049),生活质量改善率分别为27.6%和10.7%(P=0.201),1年生存率分别为52.7%和41.2%(P=0.203),两组主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应,但差异均无统计学意义。[结论]替吉奥联合顺铂一线治疗晚期胃癌能提高患者PFS,且毒副反应可以耐受,值得临床进一步研究应用。
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy and toxicity of first-line treatment of geggio capsules combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. [Method] A total of 57 patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled. Twenty-nine patients were treated with tiotropium plus cisplatin (group S-1) and 28 patients were treated with fluorouracil plus cisplatin (5-Fu group). Imaging evaluation was performed every two cycles. [Results] The effective rates (RR) of S-1 group and 5-Fu group were 20.7% and 14.3% respectively (P = 0.774), and the disease control rates were 82.8% and 75.0% The median progression free survival (PFS) was 6.0 months and 3.9 months (P = 0.049), and the quality of life improvement was 27.6% and 10.7% (P = 0.201) respectively. The 1-year survival rates were 52.7% And 41.2% respectively (P = 0.203). The main toxicity of the two groups were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reaction, but the differences were not statistically significant. [Conclusion] TGE combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can improve the patients’ PFS, and the side effects can be tolerated. It is worth further clinical study.
