众所周知,二十一世纪的生活主题是“低碳、生态、环保、健康”。在这个背景下,绿色健康的生活方式、低碳环保的居住环境就成为广大消费者的首选。因此,房地产商走低碳之路是大势所趋。但目前,我国房地产商大多采用高能耗、高排放的开发模式,对自然环境造成了负面影响,在低碳发展之路上身陷困境。本文意在建议国内房地产商应借鉴发达国家房地产商低碳发展的经验,并且要结合我国国情,有计划、有步骤地走好房地产开发的低碳之路。
As we all know, the theme of life in the 21st century is “low carbon, ecology, environmental protection and health”. In this context, green and healthy lifestyle, low-carbon green living environment has become the first choice of consumers. Therefore, real estate companies take the road to low carbon is the trend. However, at present, most real estate developers in our country adopt the development mode of high energy consumption and high emission, which has a negative impact on the natural environment and is in a dilemma on the road of low-carbon development. This article is intended to suggest that domestic real estate developers should learn from the experience of low-carbon development in real estate developers in developed countries. In combination with China’s national conditions, they should take a low-carbon approach to real estate development in a planned and systematic manner.
