脑胶质瘤是一类高度致死性恶性肿瘤,目前有关其在基因组学的研究及临床治疗存在诸多挑战。二代测序技术具有高通量优势,能通过对肿瘤全基因组、外显子组、转录组及表观遗传组全面分析加深对肿瘤基因组学的认识,并已成功应用于部分肿瘤的临床研究中,为肿瘤个体化靶向治疗提供合适可行的指导。当前,运用二代测序研究胶质瘤已成为热点,将全面阐明胶质瘤致病机制,并为制定个体化治疗方案提供策略,使患者获益。
