目的 探讨新生儿硬肿症尿系列酶的改变作为评价肾小管功能的指标。方法 检测新生儿硬肿症尿系列酶NAG、GAL、GGT、ALP、LDH活性 ,与正常组进行对照 ,同时检测血BUN ,Bcr作为肾小球功能的指标 ,中、重度硬肿者与尿酶值进行相关性分析。结果 尿酶NAG、GAL、ALP、LDH酶活性在新生儿硬肿症组与对照组比较明显增高 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,GGT酶无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;三种不同程度新生儿硬肿症时尿酶NAG、GAL、ALP、LDH均出现统计学差异 ;肾功能血BUN、Bcr值增高与尿酶间存在正的直线相关关系。结论 尿酶NAG、GAL、ALP、LDH活性不同程度升高 ,表明不同程度新生儿硬肿症肾小管功能受累 ,当肾小球功能受损时 ,其与肾小球功能受损成正比
Objective To investigate the change of urinary enzymes in newborn with scleredema as an index to evaluate renal tubular function. Methods The urinary enzymes such as NAG, GAL, GGT, ALP and LDH in neonate with scleredema were detected and compared with those in normal group. The levels of BUN and Bcr in serum were measured as indexes of glomerular function. Value for correlation analysis. Results The activities of urease NAG, GAL, ALP and LDH were significantly higher in neonatal sclerodema group than those in control group (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference in GGT enzyme (P> 0.05). The levels of urinary NAG, GAL, ALP and LDH in three different degrees of neonatal scleredema showed statistical difference. There was a positive linear correlation between the increase of BUN and Bcr in renal function blood. Conclusion The activity of urease NAG, GAL, ALP and LDH increased to varying degrees, indicating that tubules of different degrees of neonatal sclerodema were impaired. When the function of glomeruli was impaired, it was directly proportional to the impaired glomerular function
