尿路感染是老年的多发病、常见病。现将笔者对1994年6月～1998年8月收治的老年尿路感染116例作一临床分析。 临床资料 1.一般资料:男性39例,女性77例,年龄60～81岁,其中60～69岁79例(男22例,女57例),70岁及以上37例(男17例,女20例)。均符合尿路感染的有关诊断标准。其中前列腺肥大33例,泌尿系结石14例,膀胱肿瘤术后2例,脑血管疾患14例,肾积水2例,糖尿病24例,高血压病16例,留置导尿12例。
Urinary tract infection is a common disease in elderly patients. Now I author of June 1994 ~ August 1998 admitted to the elderly urinary tract infection in 116 cases for a clinical analysis. Clinical data 1. General information: 39 males and 77 females, aged 60 to 81 years, of which 79 cases of 60 to 69 years (22 males and 57 females), 70 years and over 37 cases (17 males and females 20 cases). Are in line with urinary tract infection related diagnostic criteria. Among them, 33 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia, 14 cases of urolithiasis, 2 cases of bladder tumor, 14 cases of cerebrovascular disease, 2 cases of hydronephrosis, 24 cases of diabetes mellitus, 16 cases of hypertension and 12 cases of indwelling catheterization.
