福州市最近出台《关于进一步做好城区下岗失业人员小额担保货款工作的通知》,对下岗人员申请小额担保贷款简化手续,降低门槛。新规规定,申请贷款人员应具备条件为:本市五城区常住户口;持有“再就业优惠证”的下岗失业人员;2003年1月1日以后新创办的实体(包括社区非正规劳动组织、民办非企业单位);从事特种行业的需提供特许经营证、经营场所租赁合同或产权证。
Fuzhou recently promulgated the Circular on Further Improving the Work on Small Guarantee Loans for Unemployed Unemployed Urban Residents in order to reduce the threshold for applying for small loan guarantees for laid-off workers. According to the new regulations, the applicants should have the following conditions: permanent residents of Huizhou City; unemployed persons holding “Re-employment Permits”; newly founded entities after January 1, 2003 (including informal community Labor organizations, private non-enterprise units); engaged in special industries need to provide franchise certificates, premises lease contracts or title certificates.
