针对目前半干法脱硫灰难以利用的问题,提出了脱硫灰烧制硫铝酸盐水泥的资源化综合利用方式,并在1个工业水泥回转窑生产线上进行了中试试验.结果表明:这种综合利用技术高效、易实施且工业可行性高,脱硫灰中各成分可高效地转化为水硬性矿物硫铝酸钙(Ca4Al6O12SO4)和硅酸二钙(Ca2SiO4);熟料的凝结时间符合国家标准,机械强度性能良好.该项技术不仅可解决脱硫灰闲置堆放引起的直接环境污染问题,而且可间接促进半干法脱硫工艺的推广和应用,这将给相关电力企业和水泥企业带来可观的经济效益.
Aiming at the problem that semi-dry desulfurized ash is difficult to be used, a comprehensive utilization of desulphurization firing sulphoaluminate cement was put forward and a pilot test was carried out in an industrial cement rotary kiln production line.The results showed that: The comprehensive utilization technology is highly efficient, easy to implement and has high industrial feasibility. Each component of the desulfurized ash can be efficiently transformed into the hydrous mineral calcium sulphoaluminate (Ca4Al6O12SO4) and dicalcium silicate (Ca2SiO4); the setting time of the clinker conforms to the national Standard, good mechanical strength performance.This technology can not only solve the direct environmental pollution caused by idle storage of desulfurization ash, but also indirectly promote the promotion and application of semi-dry desulfurization process, which will bring considerable power to relevant power enterprises and cement enterprises The economic benefits.
