基于散体力学的极限滑移理论,分析了悬链斗卸船机在挖取物料过程中斗刃的运动轨迹、物料的堆积表面及斗口处物料滑移线,根据所选研究对象的受力特性建立了挖料阻力的数学模型,并针对实例进行了验算.此模型模拟了实际挖料过程,反映了斗前角等因素对挖料阻力的影响,揭示了挖料阻力的变化规律,从而为悬链斗卸船机的设计提供理论依据.
Based on the theory of limit slip of bulk mechanics, the trajectories of bucket edge, material accumulation surface and material slip line of bucket suspension bucket unloader were analyzed. According to the selected subject The force characteristic establishes the mathematical model of excavation resistance, and carries on the checking to the example. The model simulates the actual excavated process, which reflects the influence of bucket angle and other factors on digging resistance, and reveals the changing rule of digging resistance, thus providing a theoretical basis for the design of hang-chain bucket unloader.
