目的探讨全胃切除D4术联合多脏器切除治疗进展期胃癌的效果。方法观察32例进展期胃癌病人行全胃切除D4术联合多脏器切除的效果,并与姑息性手术比较。结果全胃切除D4术联合多脏器切除组患者与姑息性手术组比较,生存期较长(P<0.01),手术并发症及死亡率无明显增加。结论全胃切除D4术联合多脏器切除对部分进展期胃癌患者安全可行,可明显延长患者的生存期。
Objective To investigate the effect of total gastrectomy combined with multiple organ resection in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 32 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients underwent total gastrectomy D4 combined with multiple organ resection effect and compared with palliative surgery. Results Compared with palliative surgery group, the patients with total gastrectomy D4 and multiple organ resection had longer survival (P <0.01) and no complications and mortality. Conclusion Total gastrectomy D4 combined with multiple organ resection is safe and feasible for some patients with advanced gastric cancer, which can significantly prolong the survival of patients.
