本省根据东北人民政府四月九日「关于调整职工工资的决定」,及东北计委会四月十四日「关于调整职工工资中几个问题的规定」,与东北制定的一九五二年工资等级标准,和「按劳付酬」的,工资原则等精神,制订本省调整工薪实施办法,希各部门评薪委员会参考施行。
