改革开放以来,尤其是进入90年代,河南省个体私营经济得到较快的发展。个体私营经济在解决我省劳动力就业、满足市场需求、促进地方经济发展等方面起到了极大的作用。但是,个体私营经济在发展过程中也呈现出一些问题。如何从省情出发,找到解决问题的对策,促进个体私营经济健康、快速、有序地发展,是我们面临的一个亟待解决的重大课题。 一、个体私营经济发展的现状 目前,河南省个体私营经济的发展呈现出这样几个趋势:1.发展速度明显加快。截至1997年上半年,全省个体工商户达到158.5万家,私营企业26838家,分别是1992年的2.02倍和5.5倍。2.规模效益不断扩大。我省个体私营经济不仅规模扩大,
Since the reform and opening up, especially in the 90s, the private and private economy in Henan Province has enjoyed rapid development. The individual and private economy played a great role in solving the labor force employment in our province, meeting the market demand and promoting the development of local economy. However, the private and private economy also presents some problems in its development. How to find a solution to the problem from the perspective of the province and how to promote the healthy, rapid and orderly development of the private and private economy is a major issue that we must solve urgently. I. The Current Situation of the Development of Individual and Private Economy At present, the development of individual and private economy in Henan Province shows several trends: 1.
