优化军事人才结构是新时期军队建设的一项重要任务。如何促使军事人才结构合理化?本文运用马克思劳动经济理论和西方经济学的蛛网理论、边际理论,通过动、静态因素分析,阐明了比较利益对于军人“人生时间资源”投资决策的影响,以便最大限度地利用经济手段优化军事人才结构。
