本文研究了铍试剂Ⅲ-钒-抗坏血酸体系动力学法测定微量钒的最佳条件,探讨了反应机理。过量抗坏血酸为钒(Ⅴ)的还原剂,钒为催化剂,铍试剂Ⅲ为反应指示物质。并指出反应为一级动力学反应。反应在pH6.8进行,当降低到pH4后并加入EDTA可以使反应阻化。通过控制反应时间可以改变方法的灵敏度,每毫升钒的含量在0.4—200ng范围线性关系良好。钒检出限为0.11ng·ml~(-1)。铁和钼有严重干扰,采用阴离子交换树脂分离。
In this paper, the optimal conditions for the determination of trace vanadium with the beryllium reagent Ⅲ-vanadium-ascorbic acid system were studied, and the reaction mechanism was discussed. Excessive ascorbic acid is a reductant of vanadium (V), vanadium is a catalyst, and beryllium reagent III is a reaction indicator. And pointed out that the reaction is a first-order kinetic reaction. The reaction was run at pH 6.8, and the reaction was stopped when the pH was lowered to 4 and EDTA was added. The sensitivity of the method can be changed by controlling the reaction time. The content of vanadium per ml has good linearity in the range of 0.4-200ng. The detection limit of vanadium is 0.11ng · ml ~ (-1). Iron and molybdenum have serious interference, the use of anion exchange resin separation.
