白刺(Nitraria)属于种子植物门蒺藜科白刺属(Spermatophyta ZygophyllaceaeNitrarial.L)的一种落叶植物。具有较高的营养及开发利用价值。本文采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法分析测定了野生植物白刺鲜果、干果中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn的含量。有助于了解白刺的营养价值和开发利用野生植物白刺资源,推出白刺系列产品及饮料。实验结果表明,该方法具有测定精密度、灵敏度高、选择性好,试剂消耗量少,应用范围广,简便、快速、经济等优点,便于推广应用。
Nitraria is a deciduous plant belonging to the genus Spermatophyta ZygophyllaceaeNitrarial. L. Has a high nutritional value and development and utilization. The contents of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn in the wild fruit and the dried fruit were determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry.
