广西壮族自治区直属某局下属一国有农场对当地县级人民政府关于土地划界确权的具体行政行为不服之土地行政一案,历时两年的调处,经过上级政府行政复议,两级人民法院两审终结, 均维持被告人民政府的处理决定。最近,农场申请再审的申诉也被法院依法驳回。至此,村场之间持续几十年的山林土地纷争终于落下帷幕,给人们留下良多回味。
