采用脉冲电沉积方法在45#钢表面制备Ni-Al N镀层。利用显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机及摩擦因数测定仪研究Ni-Al N镀层显微硬度、磨损量及摩擦因数,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察Ni-Al N镀层磨损表面形貌。结果表明,当脉冲占空比为50%,Ni-Al N镀层显微硬度达到最大值808HV,磨损率达到最小值0.104%,摩擦因数达到最小值0.33。镀层表面划痕较浅,且黏着磨损现象较轻。
The Ni-Al N coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel by pulse electrodeposition. The microhardness, wear amount and friction coefficient of Ni-Al N coating were studied by microhardness tester, friction and wear tester and friction coefficient tester. The wear surface morphology of Ni-Al N coating was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that when the pulse duty cycle is 50%, the microhardness of Ni-Al N coating reaches the maximum of 808HV, the wear rate reaches the minimum of 0.104% and the friction coefficient reaches the minimum value of 0.33. Scratch the surface of the coating is shallow, and the adhesive wear and tear lighter.
