在社会主义市场经济体系的建立过程中,必须完善各类要素市场的建设。企业改制、兼并、重组等工作,必然要经过广义的产权交易这一重要环节才能最终完成。我国目前采取按照国有资产、国土资源两个行政主管部门的职能分工设置市场,导致连同土地资产转移的广义的产权交易必须要经过(狭义的)产权交易市场和土地交易市场来共同完成。
In the course of establishing the socialist market economy, we must perfect the construction of various kinds of factor markets.
