幸福是个人和社会共同建设的系统工程,良好的幸福激励本身就是激发人的潜能发展、实现个人幸福的外在机制。经济人假设、社会人假设、自主人假设、创新人假设分别相对应的生理需要、社会需要、尊重需要、自我实现需要的满足,体现了个人追求幸福的全过程,也内蕴着一个以人为本的幸福激励模式。和谐社会的发展,需要建立与时俱进的幸福激励体制,充分调动人的积极性、自主性、创新性,使人的全面发展逐步具体化和现实化。
