近年来,产业转移这一经济现象受到经济学界人士的广泛关注。珠江三角洲经过近20年的发展,经济上了一个大台阶,生产成本也大幅度提高,发展劳动密集型产业的空间变得越来越小,珠江三角洲的生产成本已经处于相当高的水平。本文分析了梅州在承接产业转移背景下人力资源规划,提出了应对产业转移的人力资源发展战略对策。
In recent years, the economic phenomenon of industrial transfer has drawn wide attention from economists. After nearly 20 years of development, the Pearl River Delta has taken a big economic step and its production costs have also risen sharply. The space for developing labor-intensive industries has become smaller and smaller. The production cost of the Pearl River Delta is already at a very high level. This paper analyzes the planning of human resources in Meizhou in the background of undertaking industrial transfer and puts forward the strategic countermeasures of human resources development in response to industrial transfer.
