鸡西市机电修理总厂热处理车间,在生产大跃进中,老工人芦盛浦提出用铸铁代替钢料来制造截煤牙。经过试验,完全合格。截煤牙以前是用中碳钢、高碳钢或合金钢制造,成本很高。改用铸铁代替钢料后,不但降低了成本而且简化了工序,百分之百的保证了产品质量。按照我厂在大跃进后的全年生产规划计算,可节省钢材75吨,折人民币54,000元,所以我们现在提出来,希望大家试验,并请提出改进意见。现把这一方法
