对钢和铸铁中激光相变硬化引起的残余应力现象进行了研究。结果表明,激光相变硬化层中的残余压应力是普遍存在的现象。激光能量密度P/D_b~v对残余应力的大小有很大影响,且对具有不同原始组织的材料,影响的规律也不同。推导了激光相变硬化层的残余应力公式,并对实验结果进行了分析讨论。
The phenomenon of residual stress caused by laser transformation hardening in steel and cast iron was studied. The results show that residual compressive stress in the laser phase-change hardened layer is a ubiquitous phenomenon. The laser energy density P / D_b ~ v has a great influence on the residual stress, and the law of influence is also different for materials with different original structures. The residual stress formula of laser phase-change hardened layer is deduced, and the experimental results are analyzed and discussed.
