研究者发现,现代生命科学研究表明,背痛的一个重要原因是久坐,其危害远比举重物更厉害。大约每5个人中就有4个人一生中至少会有一次背部疼痛或由背部疼痛引起这儿那儿的疼痛。造成背部疼痛的原因是多种的,包括生理、心理、行为方式,乃至于职业的伤害。如何杜绝不当的压力引起的背部伤害,是繁忙的现代人所共同的必修课。 当然最好的背痛处理方式应着重在预防阶段。关键是如何正确、安全地利用人体科学来从事日常生活或工作。如设计适合自己身体高度的工作台;需要弯腰的工作,尽量以屈膝方式运用大腿肌肉来代替,记
The researchers found that modern life science research shows that one of the major causes of back pain is sedentary, which is far more dangerous than weight lifting. About 4 out of every 5 people have at least one back pain during their lifetime or pain caused by back pain. The causes of back pain are many, including physical, psychological, behavioral, and even occupational injuries.
