研究了以阳离子改性的丝光沸石为催化剂,以氨和甲醇为原料,在常压固定床上二甲胺选择性合成反应。发现钙、镁、镧离子交换的丝光沸石,在表现出较高活性的同时,还对二甲胺具有55%左右的高选择性。还考察了反应条件对反应结果的影响。认为沸石的择形效应是提高二甲胺选择性的主要原因。
The selective synthesis reaction of dimethylamine with ammonia and methanol as raw materials in a fixed bed of atmospheric pressure was studied with cationic modified mordenite as catalyst. Found that calcium, magnesium, lanthanum ion-exchanged mordenite, in showing higher activity, but also on the dimethylamine has a high selectivity of about 55%. The effects of reaction conditions on the reaction results were also investigated. It is considered that the shape-selective effect of zeolite is the main reason for increasing the selectivity of dimethylamine.
