目的:分析评估2014—2015年期间西藏乡镇卫生院人员培训的效果,以便改进未来的培训方式、方法和内容,从而提高乡镇卫生院人员的培训效果。方法:自制问卷,开展现场问卷调查和访谈,利用Epi Data 3.1和SPSS 13.0对现场收集数据进行分析。结果:本轮培训对西藏乡镇卫生院学员个人的知识与技能、态度与行为,以及乡镇卫生院的综合能力提升产生了积极作用。结论:为加强西藏乡镇一级卫生服务的能力,需要持续开展符合需求、理论结合实际、期限适宜的培训。
Objectives: To analyze and assess the effectiveness of personnel training in township hospitals in Tibet from 2014 to 2015 in order to improve future training methods, methods and contents so as to improve the training effect of township health workers. Methods: Self-made questionnaires, on-site questionnaires and interviews, the use of Epi Data 3.1 and SPSS 13.0 on-site data collected for analysis. Results: This round of training has played a positive role in enhancing the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors of individual residents in township hospitals in Tibet and the improvement of the comprehensive ability of township hospitals. Conclusion: In order to strengthen the capacity of health services at the township and town level in Tibet, it is necessary to continue training that meets the needs, combines theory with practice and is of suitable duration.
