目的 观察诱生型一氧化氮合成酶 (iNOS)在噪声暴露豚鼠耳蜗中的表达。方法 将研究组豚鼠暴露于白噪声造成噪声性聋的模型 ,耳蜗用石蜡包埋、切片 ,用免疫组织化学的方法观察iNOS在耳蜗的表达。结果 iNOS在噪声暴露豚鼠耳蜗中表达阳性 ,以血管纹和螺旋神经节的表达较强。结论 iNOS在噪声暴露豚鼠耳蜗中呈阳性表达 ,提示一氧化氮在噪声性聋的发病机制中起重要作用。
Objective To observe the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in guinea pig cochlea exposed to noise. Methods The guinea pigs exposed to white noise caused noise-induced deafness model. The cochlea were embedded in paraffin and sliced. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of iNOS in the cochlea. Results The expression of iNOS was positive in cochlea of guinea pig exposed to noise. The expression of iNOS in the stria vascularis and spiral ganglion was stronger. Conclusions The expression of iNOS in the cochlea of guinea pig exposed to noise shows that nitric oxide plays an important role in the pathogenesis of noise-induced deafness.
