人力资源管理是经济发展红的一个重要组成部分,其在推动经济发展发面起着十分重要的作用。目前,我国的社会经济不断发展,与之对应的人力资源管理模式也经历着相应的改变,比如有传统的计划式转变成现在的以市场为导向的新型劳动关系模式,都在很大程度上都显示出创新。基于此,本文将紧紧围绕政企关系中的人力资源经济理论这一主题,对新型的政企合作下的经济人力资源管理进行简要的分析和介绍,以期为相应的工作提供一定的借鉴和指导意义。
