Press: The Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee reiterates that doing a good job of state-owned enterprises is not only a major economic issue but also a major political issue. This put forward higher and more contemporary significance to the party committees and governments at all levels as well as the party organizations in state-owned enterprises.
