同志们:首届全国录像片评奖结果已经揭晓,首先让我们向获奖单位和个人表示热烈的祝贺,向评委们和组织承办这次评奖活动的中国电视艺术委员会《中外电视》的同志们表示感谢。十年来,我国录像片生产有了很大的发展,特别是近几年来,数量增加很快,逐步改变了外国录像片占领我国音像市场的状况。为了使我国录像片出版事业更健康地发展,在去年年初广播影视部召开全国电影、电视剧题材规划会议时,第一次把录像生产也纳入了规划。会议提出,应当从整个国家现代化文化建设的战略高度和提高民族精神素质的长远大计去规划录像片出版事
